Main Event Guest Experience Session
Mid-way through our Guest/Customer mobile app delivery, we were asked to lead the full Main Event executive team through a Guest Experience session and paint a vision of possible near-term guest experiences. We shared three Guest narratives, addressing past pain points through the frictionless, delightful customer and employee moments of the potential future. By exploring a shared vision of the possible, our stakeholders uncovered a new North Star ‘Guest Experience’ to collectively rally around. This mindset shift unlocked technology budgets, began to mix siloed departments, and best of all - had the team at Main Event proactively asking for moments of user delight.
