Content strategy framework to activate immersive and wayfinding video and audio playlists for 100+ digital screens throughout the Neiman Marcus flagship store in the NYC Hudson Yards location at launch. In addition to delivering a robust digital screen strategy in under two weeks, we created a lesson/workshop session for the Neiman Marcus content team. Held the Digital Screen Content 101 workshop at Neiman Marcus headquarters in Dallas with 20+ attendees, including VP of Creative. Received rave reviews from the team and executives who all found the session and content dynamic, innovative, informative, and engaging.
